SUMMARY:Discovering the Ecstatic Body: Level 2 Mixed programme
DESCRIPTION:This 3-day workshop is about discovering the Ecstatic body\, where we learn how to become aware of the unconscious patterns that limit our energy and aliveness\, and see how to relax into the pleasurable flow of our energy. We prepare the body for holding this new expansive energy we are beginning to discover. During the workshop we become lighter and more vibrant\, freer and more in touch with our true nature as energy beings. Discovering the Ecstatic Body is for all Tantrikas at any level of their development\, as it provides a way to become more fluid in the body\, therefore more flowing in life. \nAs well as being level 2 of our Mixed programme\, Discovering the Ecstatic Body is for all Tantrikas at any level of their development\, as it provides a way to become more fluid in the body\, therefore more flowing in life. \n  \nBefore signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (these include our cancellation policy).  You will be asked to tick a box stating your agreement before completing payment but we highly recommend that you read them before starting the payment process. \nIf you have any questions or require further details regarding this workshop\, please email us: enquiries@shaktitantra.co.uk \nAmy Lucksted
