SUMMARY:Discovering the Ecstatic Body: Level 2 Mixed programme
DESCRIPTION:This 3-day workshop is about discovering the Ecstatic body\, where we learn how to become aware of the unconscious patterns that limit our energy and aliveness\, and see how to relax into the pleasurable flow of our energy. We prepare the body for holding this new expansive energy we are beginning to discover. During the workshop we become lighter and more vibrant\, freer and more in touch with our true nature as energy beings.
