SUMMARY:Women’s Mystery School Online Programme
DESCRIPTION:Feeling the call to explore Tantra? Are you drawn to the journey of transformation and awakening? \nWhat might become possible when you give yourself the time and space to turn towards your body\, your sexuality and the deeper parts of yourself? \nOver eight weeks\, the Shakti Tantra Women’s Mystery School invites you into an experiential journey of Tantra\, embodiment and self-discovery shared with a group of women and guided by experienced teachers. \nThrough meditation\, embodied practices\, exploration of sexual energy\, reflection and connection\, we will gently begin to uncover parts of ourselves that have been lost beneath the demands and expectations of everyday life. \nThis is an invitation to explore your desires. To discover your sexual energy as a source of aliveness\, creativity and power. And to experience what it can feel like to inhabit yourself more fully. \nYou do not need any previous experience of Tantra. Come curious and that is enough. \nAlthough we will meet online\, this is not simply a course to watch or information to consume. It is a live\, experiential programme. You will be invited to practice\, explore\, feel\, reflect and connect from your own space\, while being held within the intimacy and support of a group of women travelling alongside you. \nThe programme is facilitated by Kate and Nicky\, experienced teachers who bring almost 30 years of combined Tantra practice and a deep commitment to creating spaces in which women can explore themselves with honesty and freedom. \nThe programme\nOur eight-week journey includes five Wednesday evening sessions from 6:30–9:30pm and two extended Sunday sessions\, giving us space both for ongoing practice and for deeper immersion. \nYou will need a quiet\, private space for the sessions where you can be undisturbed. \nEach session we will take time to settle\, land in our bodies and connect with each other. You will learn and practice age old tantric practices\, which we blend with shamanic\, gestalt and other therapeutic techniques to take you on a journey of discovery and transformation. \nWeek 1 – Wednesday 10th February 2027 6:30pm – 9:30pm  \nCreating the sacred container for deep work\, setting intentions and beginning the journey of meeting your inner self \nWeek 2 – Wednesday 17th February 2027 6:30pm – 9:30pm  \nExploring what it is to be a woman and awakening the senses to simple pleasure \nWeek 3 –  Sunday 28th February 2027 2pm – 4pm & 6:30pm -9:30pm \nReclaming the feminine and connected more deeply with sensual pleasures \nWeek 4 – Wednesday 10th March 2027 6:30pm – 9:30pm  \nCelebrating the power and beauty of the female collective \nWeek 5 – Wednesday 17th March 2027 6:30pm – 9:30pm  \nHealing the rifts between sex\, heart and spirit \nWeek 6 \nTime to Integrate the learning \nWeek 7 – Sunday 4th April  2027 2pm – 4pm & 6:30pm -9:30pm \nRediscovering the pleasures that are our birthright \nWeek 8 Wednesday 14th April 2027 6:30pm to 9:30pm \nReconnecting with our intentions \n  \nJoin us…\nIf you want to feel a deeper connection to your own body \nTo be able to present with your emotions as they rise and to allow them to flow without being pulled under by them \nIf its time to be free of old stories\, if its time to write a new script for yourself\, one where you get to find and be your authentic self \nTo feel the depth of connection that comes from being with other women. If you haven’t experienced this before and have experiences of not quite fitting in\, the power of being in this transformational space with other women will astonish and delight you \nYou are ready for your life to change and step fully into it in all your glorious feminine power \nInvestment: £750 \nTo book your place or if you have any questions email enquiries@shaktitantra.co.uk \nAmy Lucksted
