SUMMARY:Women's Introduction to Tantra
DESCRIPTION:  \nHave you ever been curious to learn more about Tantra?  \nOur introductory\, half-day workshops provide the perfect opportunity for you to explore what Tantra could offer you.  \nThe sessions provide a gentle introduction to some of the practices of tantra in a safe\, welcoming space for Women only. Together we will explore our connection to our own body\, learn how we can listen to our inner wisdom and begin to notice those patterns that get in the way of us leading our most authentic fulfilled lives. \nThere will be movement\, there will be fun and laughter\, perhaps some sadness\, all that comes up is welcome. Most importantly there will be space for you to simply be you. The session will be led by Nicky Hope\, teacher with Shakti Tantra and supported by Katy Henry workshop assistant with Shakti Tantra. \nShakti Tantra has been offering safe spaces for Women’s transformation for over 30 years. Many people do great work that contributes to the good of all yet receive widely differing financial recompense for this. Further\, our society has become increasingly focused on money\, where our interactions are mostly mediated by this system. \nWe’d like to loosen these ties\, and connect more to the idea of money as energy\, in flow.
