We have a couple left! \nWe invite you to join us for a weekend of personal transformation\, learning about the philosophy of Tantra\, and participating in profound practices and experiences to bring this learning into the body. Beginning to understand the chains that bind us\, the restrictions that we and others have placed upon us. Learning to walk from our hearts in joy\, freedom and love. \n  \nFeedback from previous workshops: \n“These people know what they are doing! They create safe and beautiful spaces in which you can grow\, stretch and play.”\n“It will change your life and your attitude to yourself.”\n“I confronted fears and saw deeper into myself and my relationship. Thanks very much”\n“Fingertips touching\, hips rocking\, eyes touching my heart” \nThis workshop is an introduction to Tantra – either as a standalone event\, or as the entry point to joining our mixed programme. A delightful weekend for men and women (singles and couples)\, skilfully and lovingly taught. \nPractical information\n\nThis course starts on a Friday evening with dinner at 7pm and finishes on a Sunday at 2pm (lunch is available after the course ends and you have the option of staying for lunch\, or taking on the road with you).\nThe ticket price for this event covers your tuition and support from our highly experienced team of teachers and assistants.\nPlease note you will also need to pay £240 for food and accommodation. Once we receive your booking we will send details of how to pay this. It will need to be paid at least 14 days before the workshop starts.\nAmazing food is provided by our in house chef and with an endless supply of teas & coffee\nOur venue is Bishopswood House\, set above the Wye valley\, in its extensive grounds and surrounded by woodland\, manages to be both grand and nurturing. The yang partner expresses wishes. The Yin partner fulfils those wishes. They then change roles back and forth. \nTo be able to receive without having to reciprocate is rare. This structured game takes you to some of those rare moments. You can discover that giving yourself permission to ask for what you want is a gigantic step in your growth as a happy fulfilled mature human being. In the role of service there is the learning that in the giving you can merge and become as one in a reciprocal energy exchange. The Yin Yang Day provides a safe environment\, where you can look at boundaries\, communication\, intimacy and affection\, and to fully understand that you don’t have to do what you don’t want to do EVER. \n\nSaturday we will all co-create ourselves – Not a workshop\, more a relaxed\, easy-going\, shared creation. The idea is that the team will be around to keep things rolling\, help with organising\, and the content is very much up to everyone to create.\nWe’ll sort out the space\, make some quiet corners as well as the usual group room\, so all can be accommodated. DESCRIPTION:Annabel and Kate are taking you with them on this new adventure – the Fools Journey\, the courage to step into the unknown with every step. \nIf you want to liberate your authentic-self and say a wholehearted ‘yes’ to life you must first be prepared to fail.  Join us as we learn to fail with style using a mix of fooling and tantric techniques.  Over these few days\, we will set aside our inner tyrant and with pleasure curiosity and imagination welcome our spontaneous and playful selves. \nHow we come to be holding space for fool and tantra explorers (you don’t have to know anything about to either to be an explorer by the way\, as you have us\, your Tantric Fool sherpas to guide your journey.) \nKate – ‘The fool teaches us not to take ourselves too seriously. When I step into fool energy I can approach life with an innocence and openness that allows life to flow naturally. I get out of my own way and having dropped my defences I am able to respond to life with a wholeheart.  Magical things happen.  To me Tantra and fooling are both about embracing and trusting this moment and our ability to respond to it. I studied at the Hub Mime Movement/Theatre School that was founded by members of Footsbarn Theatre Company (who then birthed Kneehigh Theatre Company) and have trained under several fools all in the Jacques Lecoq tradition\, as well as twenty years Tantra training.’ \nAnnabel – “I remember in my early days of studying tantra back in 2005 I was painfully shy\, awkward\, self-conscious and frankly in my head.  I’d watch others playing without inhibition and deeply silently wish I could join in – but was way to scared of making a fool of myself; how ironic!  Slowly\, over years of study my ‘inner iceberg’ started to melt and I found myself being a lot more spontaneous.  One day\, about 6 years ago now\, Kate watched me walk across the floor embodying some ridiculous part of myself and told me that I was a natural fool … from that point (and blessed affirmation) I began to consciously study fooling with Simon Edwards and Marian Masoliver and Mark Pearce from the Jacques Lecoq tradition and Daniel Hernandez\, embodying the Fool archetype.  I bring my embodied awkwardness\, playfulness\, shyness and fool courage to support you too\, to embody your inner fool.  It’s going to be a hoot!” \nA while ago Kate Spenceley wrote about our experiences of exploring our personal fools and you can read the blog here (really worth reading!) \nWhat previous participants said …\n“The Naked Fool workshop was wonderful! It’s a first for us! This is what we mean and how it works. \nWe live in a society with much injustice. Many people do great work that contributes to the good of all yet receive widely differing financial recompense for this. Further\, our society has become increasingly focused on money\, where our interactions are mostly mediated by this system. \nWe’d like to loosen these ties\, and connect more to the idea of money as energy\, in flow. Some of us have more and some less… let’s give accordingly in the spirit of the Gift Economy. Charles Eisenstein has written much about this. \nOur tantric approach to life often asks us to notice deep inside what actually feels right for us\, what we actually truly desire. \nWe want to make our courses accessible to as many people as possible – As teachers we would like to be paid for the work we give\, and whatever comes in with this experiment that wouldn’t in any way reduce the level of support we offer in our workshops. Normally a 2 day workshop would cost £395 for tuition and £280 for food and accommodation. \nIn this experimental approach we ask for you to pay £280 covering your food and accommodation in advance to secure your place. \nEither before or after the workshop we invite you to feel into what you would like to contribute towards tuition. DESCRIPTION:We’re having a Christmas party weekend! \nThe Weekend starts on a Friday December 1st at 12.30 (midday) for lunch  and finishes on a Sunday at 2pm (you have the option of staying for lunch at 2pm\, or having it boxed up to take on the road with you). \n\nFriday we’ll have a YIN YANG afternoon.  With the ancient oriental concepts of Yin and Yang we exlpore complimentary principals of negative/positive receptive/active female/male. The Yin Yang afternoon provides a safe environment\, where you can look at boundaries\, communication\, intimacy and affection\, and to fully understand that you don’t have to do what you don’t want to do EVER.  You can read more here \nSaturday we will all co-create ourselves –\nWe invite you to bring something to offer or simple an idea you’d like to try out with others.  In the past we’ve had morning yoga\, birth chart readings\, reiki and massage offerings\, Gong baths\, music \, dancing \, shibari\, Christmas carols\, fooling  as well invitations to practice tantra structures and mediations that we teach in our programmes.  Its a very easy going\, shared creation\, on the Saturday evening we have a big share Christmas dinner. \nThe team sort out the space\, make some quiet corners as well as the usual group room\, so all can be accommodated.
