SUMMARY:Awakening to Sacred Union: Level 1 Mixed Programme
DESCRIPTION:This weekend is an introduction to tantra – a first step on a very exciting and transformative journey.  It is a delightful weekend for men and women (singles and couples)\, skilfully and lovingly taught\, loosening the mental and emotional shackles that keep us from living fully. Key themes include opening to sensuality and working with the energy body through movement\, meditation and breathing. In a safe and nurturing environment\, we invite playfulness and imagination into traditional rituals\, bringing healing and celebration into our life.\nThis workshop is the first level of Shakti Tantra’s Mixed Tantra Programme and is the perfect beginning for singles and couples. It is a training for life. Once you’ve completed the workshop you have the option to sign up for the rest of the programme\, if it feels right for you.\nFeedback from previous workshops:\n\n\n\n“These people know what they are doing! They create safe and beautiful spaces in which you can grow\, stretch and play.”\n“It will change your life and your attitude to yourself.”\n“I confronted fears and saw deeper into myself and my relationship.  Well worth it and fun too.”\n“That wasn’t a workshop — that was a pleasure-shop!! I’ll be doing some more\, for sure! Thanks very much”\n“Fingertips touching\, hips rocking\, eyes touching my heart”\n\n\nBefore signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (includes our T&Cs).  You will be asked to tick a box stating your agreement before completing payment but we highly recommend that you read them before starting the payment process. \n\n\nYour investment for this workshop is £550 per person.  This includes; \n\nAccomodation at the beautiful Rosemerryn Wood – surrounded by nature\, and close to Lamorna Cove\, one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in Cornwall.\nAll meals\, teas coffees\, snacks\nTuition and support from our highly experienced team of teachers and assistants.\n\nIf you have any questions or simply want to speak to one of our team just drop us a message \n\nTom Blaker

SUMMARY:Yoni Talk Top-up Day (Surrey)
DESCRIPTION:This Yoni Talk day is open to Women who have already completed the Women’s Invitation workshop (Level 1 of the Shakti Tantra women’s program)\, or Innocence (Level 3 of the mixed programme) or experienced private Yoni talk sessions with one of the Shakti Tantra team. It’s a perfect bridge between Women’s Invitation and Women’s Celebration\, for women who are in the current programme\, as well as a great opportunity to check in for shaktis who have done more work. \nYoni talk is one of the first practices taught by Shakti Tantra and we recommend it becomes a regular practice. This day includes Yoni-talk\, as well as other deepening exercises to bring you into your body. \nYoni\, like any friend and ally\, really appreciates the time and space being taken to listen to what she has really has to say. \nWhat are the benefits of Yoni talk and why do we recommend it as a practice? \n\nWhen you really take time to listen to her you connect into yourself\, your power and your purpose.\nShe has a tendency to be more compassionate to us than we are to ourselves\, and we all need that. \nThe more you practice Yoni talk\, the deeper your understanding and stronger your connection to her becomes.\n\nAlong side developing a personal practice\, we invite you to spend this day with your Shakti sisters\, in a safe nurturing held space\, where you can let go of outside distractions and allow yourself to drop deeply into listening and meditation. \nBeing witnessed in your truth and witnessing others\, supports you to pay more attention to what your Yoni says and supporting you to follow through with what she asks for. \nCome along to this day and let’s practice dropping into this truth and feel the power of Yoni together. \nVenue: Godalming\, Surrey\nStart time: Arrive from 9.30am for 10.00am start\nEnd time: 7.00pm \nTeas\, coffee and snacks provided. Please bring lunch to share. \nIf you are interested in this event please email Becky directly \nTom Blaker
