DESCRIPTION:Shakti Tantra introductory events are practical\, experiential workshops which introduce techniques that can be applied immediately in everyday life\, to enrich our inner lives\, our creativity and our relationships. \nTantra teaches that sex is sacred\, that our aliveness as sexual beings is the dynamo of our being by healing the barriers we have created between sex\, heart and spirit. \nThe Tantric practices we teach open us up to a greater capacity to experience pleasure in all things and free us to expand emotionally and spiritually. \nDuring this workshop we will explore gentle connections and new perspectives on how we relate to ourselves and each other in our uniqueness. \nThis three hour intro evening\, will give you a taste and feel of the Shakti Tantra school. We have recently completed the first run of our 8 week online ‘Intimacy’ programme designed for these extraordinary times and plan to run it again during the Autumn of 2020.
