SUMMARY:Discovering the Ecstatic Body: Level 2 Mixed programme
DESCRIPTION:This 3-day workshop is about discovering the Ecstatic body\, where we learn how to become aware of the unconscious patterns that limit our energy and aliveness\, and see how to relax into the pleasurable flow of our energy. We prepare the body for holding this new expansive energy we are beginning to discover. During the workshop we become lighter and more vibrant\, freer and more in touch with our true nature as energy beings. \nDiscovering the Ecstatic Body is for all Tantrikas at any level of their development\, as it provides a way to become more fluid in the body\, therefore more flowing in life. \nPractical information\n\nThis course starts on a Thursday evening with dinner at 7pm and finishes on a Sunday at 2pm (lunch is available after the course ends and you have the option of staying for lunch\, or taking on the road with you).\nThe ticket price for this event covers your tuition and support from our highly experienced team of teachers and assistants.\nPlease note you will also need to pay £345 for food and accommodation.
