I have been able to dive deeper to build the foundations for self appreciation (something I’ve been trying to work on for years!) to get to the wonderful position of actually loving what I see in the mirror. I feel that the exercises we have shared have really taught me to enjoy my own body much more\, meaning that I can go out into the world knowing myself\, my needs and how I can get these met. I realise that I still have a way to go on this journey\, but am so grateful to Shakti Tantra for giving me the tools to make progress. I guess what I’m saying\, is that I cannot recommend the online course highly enough; if you can make the space for the weekly sessions in your life\, you absolutely will not regret it!”\n\n\n“I’ve changed my whole relationship with my body!”\n\n\n“The course gave me the structure and space to explore my body and sexuality in new ways. The teachers held a beautiful safe\, warm\, intimate and supportive space. I especially valued the time for sharing and listening. I loved that the pace of the course allowed time to assimilate and for home practice\, and that we covered so many ideas and practices that can be incorporated into life. Thank you so much ❤“\n\n\n“Just wanted to say that some seismic shifts have happened and I am so very grateful to have done this course and its benefits are going way beyond those moments we shared online together. I looked forward to our weekly connecting and am pleased to say I have been reconnecting so much more with my body and the idea of pleasure. Also to give loving thanks to the teachers for their skilful and generous facilitation. It must be such a challenge to adapt such tactile practices to an online space with what began as a group of strangers. I’m so impressed with how it has been run\, what I got out of it and the energy levels that were achieved in the sessions. I thought it would be a good thing to do during lockdown and it proved to be far beyond good. Much love to all xxx”\n\n\n“The course helped me reconnect with my body and spirit. The facilitators held the space beautifully and worked so intuitively with the needs of each of us in the group. As a mother with young children this course has brought me back to myself in ways I’ve not felt in years.”\n\n\nThank you so much!! For your loving dedication\, for your gentle and ever so supportive and relaxed presence\, for being spontaneous\, for your humour\, authenticity\, softness\, playfulness\, and all your knowledge. I really liked your guidance and I’m so pleased I came across Shakti Tantra!  I’ll definitely join another programme as soon as it will resonate with my schedule and will continue to spread the word about your work among women & men around me.  Your work is so important.  Thank you from my heart (and Yoni!).\n\nCurious but not sure\, why not join one of our online women’s intro evenings… look on our events page for upcoming intro dates. \n\nBefore signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (includes our T&Cs).  You will be asked to tick a box stating your agreement before completing payment and we highly recommend that you read them before starting the payment process. \nIf you have any questions or simply want to speak to one of our team just drop us a message \n  \nTom Blaker

SUMMARY:Awakening to Sacred Union: Level 1 Presence Programme
DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join us for a weekend of personal transformation\, learning about the philosophy of Tantra\, and participating in profound practices and experiences to bring this learning into the body. Beginning to understand the chains that bind us\, the restrictions that we and others have placed upon us. Learning to walk from our hearts in joy\, freedom and love. \nFeedback from previous workshops: \n“These people know what they are doing! They create safe and beautiful spaces in which you can grow\, stretch and play.”\n“It will change your life and your attitude to yourself.”\n“I confronted fears and saw deeper into myself and my relationship. Well worth it and fun too.”\n“That wasn’t a workshop — that was a pleasure-shop!! I’ll be doing some more\, for sure! Thanks very much”\n“Fingertips touching\, hips rocking\, eyes touching my heart” \nThis workshop is an introduction to Tantra – either as a standalone event\, or as the entry point to joining our mixed programme. A delightful weekend for men and women (singles and couples)\, skilfully and lovingly taught. \nThe Gift Economy\nWe are excited to be offering this workshop as an experiment with the Gift Economy. It’s a first for us! This is what we mean and how it works. \nWe live in a society with much injustice. Many people do great work that contributes to the good of all yet receive widely differing financial recompense for this. Further\, our society has become increasingly focused on money\, where our interactions are mostly mediated by this system. \nWe’d like to loosen these ties\, and connect more to the idea of money as energy\, in flow. Some of us have more and some less… let’s give accordingly in the spirit of the Gift Economy. Charles Eisenstein has written much about this. \nOur tantric approach to life often asks us to notice deep inside what actually feels right for us\, what we actually truly desire. \nWe want to make our courses accessible to as many people as possible – As teachers we would like to be paid for the work we give\, and whatever comes in with this experiment that wouldn’t in any way reduce the level of support we offer in our workshops. Normally a 2 day workshop would cost £395 for tuition and £280 for food and accommodation. \nIn this experimental approach we ask for you to pay £280 covering your food and accommodation in advance to secure your place. \nEither before or after the workshop we invite you to feel into what you would like to contribute towards tuition. Feel what you can truly afford\, what the workshop is worth to you especially noticing the transformative effects of the workshop\, and how you feel about the time and effort put in by those making the workshop possible. \nWe will add that we already have a bursary fund where people contribute to make it possible for those with less money to attend our courses. If this experiment proves to bring in more money then we would have brought in via the usual tuition fees method we will give that extra to the bursary fund. \nPractical information\n\nThis course starts on a Friday evening with dinner at 7pm and finishes on a Sunday at 2pm (lunch is available after the course ends and you have the option of staying for lunch\, or taking on the road with you).\nAmazing food is provided by our in house chef and with an endless supply of teas & coffee\nOur venue is Bishopswood House\, set above the Wye valley\, in its extensive grounds and surrounded by woodland\, manages to be both grand and nurturing. It’s our home from home.\nBefore signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (includes our T&Cs).\n\nBooking\nPlease pay £280 to Ms H.Spenceley   Sort code: 30-96-56\, Account: 21365860 and send an email with your name and any dietry requirements. \nIf you have any questions or simply want to speak to one of our team just drop us a message \nTom Blaker
