DESCRIPTION:“The healthiest relationships are the honest ones\, the ones grounded in Presence\, not fantasy or false hope..ones that have a deep connection to a living truth” \n– Deva Raj. \nSo far 2020 has been a pretty intense year. \n\nYou may find your relationship has come under the spotlight.\nThe cracks may be more obvious.\nPerhaps your relationship got stuck in a rut\nAre you finding communication increasingly hard?\nHave you lost intimacy?\nAre you feeling you have lost your sense of self  in your relationship?\n\nNow is your chance to address these issues with courage and honesty. \nShakti Tantra’s couples work draws from ancient and contemporary wisdom and practices. \nWe will support you to create your own sacred  space to explore intimacy\, kindness\, sexuality and communication. \nWe feel truly honoured and privileged to be able to offer this work and our intent is to support you to acquire tools\, ideas and understandings that will make a positive difference to your everyday lives especially at this time. \nFirst and foremost\, we create a strong container for the work to allow you both to step out of the familiar\, take risks\, be vulnerable\, and  the opportunity to experience and embody a different way of knowing yourself and connecting with your beloved. \nWe will listen\, support\, inspire\, challenge and encourage. \nWe invite both a femmine (Yin) and masculine (Yang) perspective and explore how we can celebrate differences rather than them being a potential battleground. \nAs part of each session\, we will all share our own struggles and successes\, invite you to experience more of yourselves and of each other and importantly\, be creative and have fun. \nThis short intro evening\, will give you a taste and feel of the Shakti Tantra school. \n\n\nWe have recently completed the first run of our 8 week online couples programme designed specially for couples in this extraordinary times and plan to run it again during the Autumn of 2020.  This introductory evening is an opportunity to see if you’d like to join us on the adventure. \n\n\nJoin our mailing list  and our Shakti Tantra Education Facebook Group to stay in touch \nThe ticket price of £50 is per couple. \n\n\n\nAmy Lucksted
