SUMMARY:Together - Foundations of Tantra for Couples (Online - over two months)
DESCRIPTION:  \nTo burn with desire and keep quiet about it is the greatest punishment we can bring on ourselves.\n– Frederico Garcia Lorca\, Blood Wedding and Yemma. \n\nStarting Tuesday April 12th…\n  \nHow can I love you more? \nHow can I feel your heart and me yours? \nHow can I speak honestly to you without fear? \nHow can I be open and not judge you? \nAnd if I do judge not to let those thoughts muddy my picture of you.. \nHow can I celebrate you and you celebrate me ? \nAnd we can laugh and cry together… \nHow can we find that place where we can share love\, \nAnd share loss and grief…without blame? \nShakti Tantra can take you on a journey to find what gets in the way of you experiencing true intimacy together.  Guiding you into the alchemy of the sacred marriage. \nShakti Tantra’s couples work draws from ancient and contemporary wisdom and practices.\n* We feel truly honoured and privileged to be able to offer this work and our intent is to support you to acquire tools\, ideas and understandings that will make a positive difference to your everyday lives especially at this time.\n* First and foremost\, we create a strong container for the work to allow you both to step out of the familiar\, take risks\, be vulnerable\, and the opportunity to experience and embody a different way of knowing yourself and connecting with your beloved.\n* We will listen\, support\, inspire\, challenge and encourage.\n* We will support you to create your own sacred space to explore intimacy\, kindness\, sexuality and communication.\n* We invite both a feminine (Yin) and masculine (Yang) perspective and explore how we can celebrate differences rather than them being a potential battleground. \nCourse Details\nThis online course is over 8 weeks.\nIt includes  5 evening workshops and 2 full day workshops. \nDuring each class we will introduce new topics and share profound practices\, there will be time for sharing and asking questions.   During the day long workshops we have the opportunity to drop deeper to create more healing and transformation. \nAs we guide you through tantric structures you have your camera off so are very much in your own safe space.  There is time for sharing and asking questions with cameras back on. \nThis virtual course is held on zoom\, it is best viewed using a desktop/laptop computer or a tablet.  It is also possible to join using a mobile phone – but some people find that tricky to manage. \nPlease get in touch with us at enquiries@shaktitantra.co.uk with any questions.  Ignore the date in the tickets box… we had to put something in!\nBefore signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (includes our T&Cs).  You will be asked to tick a box stating your agreement before completing payment and we highly recommend that you read them before starting the payment process. \nIf you have any questions or simply want to speak to one of our team just drop us a message \nAmy Lucksted
