DESCRIPTION:To burn with desire and keep quiet about it is the greatest punishment we can bring on ourselves.\n– Frederico Garcia Lorca\, Blood Wedding and Yemma. \n  \nIn these times of lockdown\, relationships are coming under the spotlight. \nYou may find it is becoming very intense. \nThe cracks may be more obvious. \nPerhaps your relationship got stuck in a rut. \nAre you finding communication increasingly hard? \nHave you lost intimacy? \nAre you feeling you have lost your sense of self in your relationship? \nNow is your chance to address these issues with courage and honesty. \nShakti Tantra’s couples work draws from ancient and contemporary wisdom and practices.\nWe feel truly honoured and privileged to be able to offer this work and our intent is to support you to acquire tools\, ideas and understandings that will make a positive difference to your everyday lives especially at this time.\nFirst and foremost\, we create a strong container for the work to allow you both to step out of the familiar\, take risks\, be vulnerable\, and the opportunity to experience and embody a different way of knowing yourself and connecting with your beloved.\nWe will listen\, support\, inspire\, challenge and encourage.\nWe will support you to create your own sacred space to explore intimacy\, kindness\, sexuality and communication.\nWe invite both a femine (Yin) and masculine (Yang) perspective and explore how we can celebrate differences rather than them being a potential battleground. \nCourse Details\nThis online course is over 8 weeks.\nIt includes  5 evening workshops and 2 full day workshops. \nDuring each class we will introduce new topics and share profound practices\, there will be time for sharing and asking questions.   During the day long workshops we have the opportunity to drop deeper to create more healing and transformation. \nThis virtual course is held on zoom\, it is best viewed using a desktop/laptop computer or a tablet.  It is also possible to join using a mobile phone – but some people find that tricky to manage. \nCourse Dates\n\nWeek 1: Tuesday 16th June 6.30-9.30pm\nWeek 2: Tuesday 23rd June 6.30-9.30pm\nWeek 3: Tuesday 30th June day workshop (times tbc)\nWeek 4: Tuesday 7th July 6.30-9.30pm\nWeek5: Tuesday 14 July 6.30-9.30pm\nWeek 6: Tuesday 21 July day workshop (times tbc)\nWeek 7: Tuesday 28th July Integration week (a time for home practice and rest)\nWeek 8: 4 August 6.30-9.30pm\n\nBefore signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (includes our T&Cs).  You will be asked to tick a box stating your agreement before completing payment and we highly recommend that you read them before starting the payment process. \nIf you have any questions or simply want to speak to one of our team just drop us a message \nBeckyBecky brings this rich experience and wisdom into her teaching.
