DESCRIPTION:To burn with desire and keep quiet about it is the greatest punishment we can bring on ourselves.\n– Frederico Garcia Lorca\, Blood Wedding and Yemma. \n  \nIn these times of lockdown\, relationships are coming under the spotlight. \nYou may find it is becoming very intense. \nThe cracks may be more obvious. \nPerhaps your relationship got stuck in a rut. \nAre you finding communication increasingly hard? \nHave you lost intimacy? \nAre you feeling you have lost your sense of self in your relationship? \nNow is your chance to address these issues with courage and honesty. \nShakti Tantra’s couples work draws from ancient and contemporary wisdom and practices.\nWe feel truly honoured and privileged to be able to offer this work and our intent is to support you to acquire tools\, ideas and understandings that will make a positive difference to your everyday lives especially at this time.\nFirst and foremost\, we create a strong container for the work to allow you both to step out of the familiar\, take risks\, be vulnerable\, and the opportunity to experience and embody a different way of knowing yourself and connecting with your beloved.\nWe will listen\, support\, inspire\, challenge and encourage.\nWe will support you to create your own sacred space to explore intimacy\, kindness\, sexuality and communication.\nWe invite both a femine (Yin) and masculine (Yang) perspective and explore how we can celebrate differences rather than them being a potential battleground. \nCourse Details\nThis online course is over 8 weeks.\nIt includes  5 evening workshops and 2 full day workshops. \nDuring each class we will introduce new topics and share profound practices\, there will be time for sharing and asking questions.   During the day long workshops we have the opportunity to drop deeper to create more healing and transformation. \nThis virtual course is held on zoom\, it is best viewed using a desktop/laptop computer or a tablet.  It is also possible to join using a mobile phone – but some people find that tricky to manage. \nCourse Dates\n\nWeek 1: Monday 8th February 6.30-9.30pm\nWeek 2: Monday 15th February 6.30-9.30pm\nWeek 3: Monday 22nd February  day workshop (times tbc)\nWeek 4: Monday 1st March 6.30-9.30pm\nWeek5: Monday 8th March 6.30-9.30pm\nWeek 6: Monday 15th March day workshop (times tbc)\nWeek 7: Integration week (a time for home practice and rest)\nWeek 8: Monday 29th March 6.30-9.30pm\n\nBefore signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (includes our T&Cs).  You will be asked to tick a box stating your agreement before completing payment and we highly recommend that you read them before starting the payment process. \nIf you have any questions or simply want to speak to one of our team just drop us a message \nBeckyBecky brings this rich experience and wisdom into her teaching. DESCRIPTION:Shakti Tantra introductory events are practical\, experiential workshops which introduce techniques that can be applied immediately in everyday life\, to enrich our inner lives\, our creativity and our relationships. \nTantra teaches that sex is sacred\, that our aliveness as sexual beings is the dynamo of our being by healing the barriers we have created between sex\, heart and spirit. \nThe Tantric practices we teach open us up to a greater capacity to experience pleasure in all things and free us to expand emotionally and spiritually. \nDuring this workshop we will explore gentle connections and new perspectives on how we relate to ourselves and each other in our uniqueness. \nThis three hour intro evening\, will give you a taste and feel of the Shakti Tantra school. We have recently completed the first run of our 8 week online ‘Intimacy’ programme designed for these extraordinary times and plan to run it again in in Spring 2021.
