SUMMARY:Awakening to Sacred Union: Level 1 Mixed Programme
DESCRIPTION:This weekend is an introduction to tantra – a first step on a very exciting and transformative journey.  It is a delightful weekend for men and women (singles and couples)\, skilfully and lovingly taught\, loosening the mental and emotional shackles that keep us from living fully. Key themes include opening to sensuality and working with the energy body through movement\, meditation and breathing. In a safe and nurturing environment\, we invite playfulness and imagination into traditional rituals\, bringing healing and celebration into our life.\nThis workshop is the first level of Shakti Tantra’s Mixed Tantra Programme and is the perfect beginning for singles and couples. It is a training for life. Once you’ve completed the workshop you have the option to sign up for the rest of the programme\, if it feels right for you.\nFeedback from previous workshops:\n\n\n\n“These people know what they are doing! They create safe and beautiful spaces in which you can grow\, stretch and play.”\n“It will change your life and your attitude to yourself.”\n“I confronted fears and saw deeper into myself and my relationship.  Well worth it and fun too.”\n“That wasn’t a workshop — that was a pleasure-shop!! I’ll be doing some more\, for sure! Thanks very much”\n“Fingertips touching\, hips rocking\, eyes touching my heart”\n\n\nBefore signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (these include our cancellation policy).  You will be asked to tick a box stating your agreement before completing payment but we highly recommend that you read them before starting the payment process. \nIf you have any questions or require further details regarding this workshop\, please email us: enquiries@shaktitantra.co.uk \n\n\n\nAmy Lucksted
