SUMMARY:Invitation: Level 1 Womens Programme
DESCRIPTION:This 3-day residential workshop provides an opportunity for women to start to heal inhibitions & negative feelings they carry around their bodies & sexuality & to feel vibrant & energised. This workshop allows women to share their experiences & support each other in a safe & nurturing way. \nFeedback from previous workshops:\n\n“This is a genuinely life-changing experience. There is absolutely no way you could do this workshop without experiencing profound change.”\n“I’ve learnt to really accept my body as it is and even love it.”\n“An amazing opportunity to fall in love with myself and be the goddess\, the woman\, the mother\, the tart and all aspects of me\, the woman.”\n“A journey that every woman owes to herself\, to her sisters and to humanity.”\n“Challenging\, fantastic\, inspiring – brilliant.”\n“I feel more fulfilled than I have in ages\, connected and happy.”\n\n\n\nThis course starts on a Thursday evening with dinner at 7pm and finishes on a Sunday at 2pm (you have the option of staying for lunch at 2pm\, or having it boxed up to take on the road with you).\nThe ticket price for this event covers your tuition and support from our highly experienced team of teachers and assistants.\nPlease note you will also need to pay £345 for food and accommodation. Once we receive your booking we will send details of how to pay this. It will need to be paid at least 14 days before the workshop starts.\nAmazing food is provded by our in house chef and with an endless supply of teas (or coffee if thats your thing).\nBefore signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (includes our T&Cs). DESCRIPTION:“The healthiest relationships are the honest ones\, the ones grounded in Presence\, not fantasy or false hope..ones that have a deep connection to a living truth” \n– Deva Raj. \n2020 and so far 2021 have been a pretty intense years. \n\nYou may find your relationship has come under the spotlight.\nThe cracks may be more obvious.\nPerhaps your relationship got stuck in a rut\nAre you finding communication increasingly hard?\nHave you lost intimacy?\nAre you feeling you have lost your sense of self in your relationship?\n\nNow is your chance to address these issues with courage and honesty. \nShakti Tantra’s couples work draws from ancient and contemporary wisdom and practices. \nWe will support you to create your own sacred space to explore intimacy\, kindness\, sexuality and communication. \nWe feel truly honoured and privileged to be able to offer this work and our intent is to support you to acquire tools\, ideas and understandings that will make a positive difference to your everyday lives especially at this time. \nFirst and foremost\, we create a strong container for the work to allow you both to step out of the familiar\, take risks\, be vulnerable\, and the opportunity to experience and embody a different way of knowing yourself and connecting with your beloved. \nWe will listen\, support\, inspire\, challenge and encourage. \nWe invite both a femmine (Yin) and masculine (Yang) perspective and explore how we can celebrate differences rather than them being a potential battleground. \nAs part of each session\, we will all share our own struggles and successes\, invite you to experience more of yourselves and of each other and importantly\, be creative and have fun. \nThis short intro evening\, will give you a taste and feel of the Shakti Tantra school.
