DESCRIPTION:This residential retreat has been extended to 3 days running from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon. It provides an opportunity for women to start to heal inhibitions & negative feelings they carry around their bodies & sexuality & to feel vibrant & energised. This retreat allows women to share their experiences & support each other in a safe & nurturing way. \nFeedback from previous workshops:\n\n“This is a genuinely life-changing experience.
