I am really excited to be creating the new couples training, it has been a while since I have offered this ….
I first started my foray into this extraordinary world way back in 1992…and began with the couples training…
I can honestly say it was the most powerful thing I have ever embarked on…it changed everything…
There’s a song isn’t there? “Love it changes everything”
And we are talking about love, we are talking about the art of the heart …tao of love…
If we can in this world meet the other in true intimacy, speaking the truth with heart, from a place of vulnerability and kindness.
If we can find time to really listen and explore our beloveds gifts, the qualities we were drawn to when we met…
Those gifts which now we might be overlooking, might have not remembered to see the Divine in each other…
Forgotten that we are here to teach each other how to stand on our own two feet and to deeply love…
It takes time and space and a conscious intent…its truly worth it…
To give yourselves that gift…its a busy world and we are loosing the ability to connect…
We are living in a world were alienation is common place, the habit of turning away and closing the heart is acceptable.
I think we desperately need to learn skills in communication, touch and sensitivity…
In a world that is splitting apart, the healing and the answer is start by changing ourselves…
My teacher said many years ago “To heal the world, heal your own heart”….one heart at a time, to change this seemly broken world…
To be in the company of a group of people learning to truly love, is the most exquisite experience…
All the Shakti Tantra teachers are extremely skilled in hold a safe and heart space…
And bring many insights and tools to this training…I am excited and happy this is happening again…

Hilly’s approach is very grounded and practical, coming from her deep understanding of family and intimate relationships. She is known for her wisdom, joy, love and total acceptance within her workshops and is very skilled and experienced in running groups of which she has over 30 years practice.
