This 3-day workshop is about discovering the Ecstatic body, where we learn how to become aware of the unconscious patterns that limit our energy and aliveness, and see how to relax into the pleasurable flow of our energy. We prepare the body for holding this new expansive energy we are beginning to discover. During the workshop we become lighter and more vibrant, freer and more in touch with our true nature as energy beings.

You may be able to fight and win battles in a suit of armour, but when you’re wearing one all of the time without knowing it, it becomes impossible to dance.

Practical information

• Prerequisite – you need to have attended our Awakening to Sacred Union retreat with us before you can attend this retreat.  If you are unsure please get in touch
• This course starts on a Thursday evening with dinner at 7pm and finishes on a Sunday at 2pm (lunch is available after the course ends and you have the option of staying for lunch, or taking it on the road with you).
• Amazing food is provided by our in house chef and with an endless supply of teas & coffee
• Our venue is the wonderful Alexanderstone Manor in the Brecon Beacons.
