• The Weekend starts on a Friday December 16th at 12.30 (midday) for lunch  and finishes on a Sunday at 2pm (you have the option of staying for lunch at 2pm, or having it boxed up to take on the road with you).
• Friday we’ll have a YIN YANG DAY

  Yin Yang can be seen in terms of the ancient oriental concept of ‘Yin Yang’ symbols of the complimentary principals of negative/positive receptive/active female/male. The yang partner expresses wishes. The Yin partner fulfils those wishes. They then change roles back and forth.

  To be able to receive without having to reciprocate is rare. This structured game takes you to some of those rare moments. You can discover that giving yourself permission to ask for what you want is a gigantic step in your growth as a happy fulfilled mature human being. In the role of service there is the learning that in the giving you can merge and become as one in a reciprocal energy exchange. The Yin Yang Day provides a safe environment, where you can look at boundaries, communication, intimacy and affection, and to fully understand that you don’t have to do what you don’t want to do EVER.

• Saturday we will all co-create ourselves – Not a workshop, more a relaxed, easy-going, shared creation. The idea is that the team will be around to keep things rolling, help with organising, and the content is very much up to everyone to create.

  We’ll sort out the space, make some quiet corners as well as the usual group room, so all can be accommodated. We’ll have some times set aside for the various offerings, and some general group time also, if there’s a desire for a shared, facilitated structure for instance.

• You will ONLY need to pay £350 for food and accommodation for the whole weekend … Please email enquiries@shaktitantra.co.uk and we’ll let you know the bank account to pay this into.  
• Amazing food is provided by our in house chef including Christmas dinner on the Saturday night and with an endless supply of teas and coffee.
• Before signing up to this workshop we ask that you agree to abide by our ethos (includes our T&Cs). You will be asked to tick a box stating your agreement before completing payment but we highly recommend that you read them before starting the payment process.
