Practical information

• • This course starts on a Friday evening with dinner at 7pm and finishes on a Sunday at 2pm (lunch is available after the course ends and you have the option of staying for lunch, or taking on the road with you).
    
  • Amazing food is provided by our in-house chef and with an endless supply of teas & coffee.
  • Our venue is the beautiful Alexanderstone Manor in the Brecon Beacons
  • This is a Level 1 retreat. We are planning to hold level 2 in January 2027.
