Following on from the Couples level 2 workshop where we explored the process of de-amouring, this workshop now moves into deep and profound healing.

It is our experience that our wounding and armouring resides in the pelvic bowl.   Using techniques drawn from many tried and tested bodywork traditions we invite couples into the start of a healing process, firstly with Shiva and the next retreat with Shakti.   The perfect balance, the yin and yang, the embodied understanding of the continuum of the masculine and feminine in all of us, dropping deeper into that comfortable awareness.

During this weekend we will delve into the the challenges that are faced every day by men in the world – do we look right, do we ‘perform’ well, must we conform, are we allowed to be vulnerable?

We will support Shakti to witness, to share, to offer loving touch that is profound and healing,  that continues the level two process of de-armouring and enlivening.   Integral to this process is the Shiva experience of vajra healing, with his beloved Shakti in service, providing the loving hands to support this letting go, this awakening, this extraordinary gift of beginning anew.

The intention is for Shiva to find new balance and energy, in his being, in his genitals, in his life.
From this place Shiva and Shakti will find a new level of deeper, more meaningful connection – a new intimacy.
