So far 2020 has been a pretty intense year.

• Are you finding communication increasingly hard?
• Have you lost intimacy?
• Are you feeling you have lost your sense of self in your relationship?

Now is your chance to address these issues with courage and honesty.

Shakti Tantra’s couples work draws from ancient and contemporary wisdom and practices.

We will support you to create your own sacred space to explore intimacy, kindness, sexuality and communication.

We feel truly honoured and privileged to be able to offer this work and our intent is to support you to acquire tools, ideas and understandings that will make a positive difference to your everyday lives especially at this time.

First and foremost, we create a strong container for the work to allow you both to step out of the familiar, take risks, be vulnerable, and the opportunity to experience and embody a different way of knowing yourself and connecting with your beloved.

We will listen, support, inspire, challenge and encourage.

We invite both a femmine (Yin) and masculine (Yang) perspective and explore how we can celebrate differences rather than them being a potential battleground.

As part of each session, we will all share our own struggles and successes, invite you to experience more of yourselves and of each other and importantly, be creative and have fun.

This short intro evening, will give you a taste and feel of the Shakti Tantra school.
