Shakti Tantra introductory events are practical, experiential workshops which introduce techniques that can be applied immediately in everyday life, to enrich our inner lives, our creativity and our relationships.
During this introductory evening for women we will explore how we can connect and create a more nourishing and intimate relationship with our own bodies and vitality.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the up and coming Women’s Invitation which is level 1 of our life transforming Women’s Programme.
