Power is at play in all of our encounters and relationships. The idea of exerting or surrendering our power with another can feel both fascinating and frightening. The Play of Power workshop is an opportunity to learn about and explore the different elements of power play with consent, presence and safety.
We will be offering clear guidance in restraint, impact play and scenarios of power over/power under. An opportunity to step into the subtle and exquisite play of holding power in both serving and accepting. Our intention is to provide a space for connection, creativity, pleasure and insight.
This workshop is open to both individuals and couples. We welcome people who are new to power play and also those who have experience.
We invite you to an exploration of the experience of power and surrender.
Don’t run away from grief, o soul
Look for the remedy inside the pain.
