Practical information

• • This 3 day retreat starts on a Friday evening with dinner at 7pm and finishes on a Monday at 2pm (lunch is available after the course ends and you have the option of staying for lunch, or taking on the road with you).
    
  • Amazing food is provided by our in-house chef and with an endless supply of teas & coffee.
  • Our venue is Fforest Barn – the Llanthony Valley and Sugar Loaf mountain are jewels of the Black Mountains and between the two lies Forest Coalpit a magical valley with Fforest Barn at the end of the lane.
  • You can travel by car or  Abergavenny is the nearest train station.
  • Booking and prices are per couple.  Tution is £800 and Food and Accomodation is £840.
  • There are options to pay a deposit and then the full amount or to pay by installements monthly.  If money is an issue please do not let that hold you back, drop us an email and we can talk.
