I have the great privilege of teaching on the Women’s Programme at Shakti Tantra.

I discovered Tantra at a time when I deeply needed to reconnect—with myself, and with  life. Over the past 14 years, I’ve been devoted to walking this Tantric path, a journey that has transformed me in every way.. My background in theatre, along with my training as a transpersonal counsellor and facilitator, deeply informs the way I approach this work.

Tantra has grounded my spirituality in the body, and gifted me a profound sense of confidence, agency, and belonging. As expressed so beautifully in Tantra Illuminated, I’ve come to understand that true freedom arises through embracing the full spectrum of human experience—both the spiritual and the earthly—and recognising the sacred in every moment.

For me, the non-dual path of Tantra is about cultivating presence, awareness, and a deep openness to pleasure and connection and to life itself.  It has brought me closer to my true Self  and allowed me to live with a sense of vibrancy, joy, and interconnectedness—qualities I believe are our birthright as women and as human beings.

I’m passionate about sharing Tantra because I’m so inspired by transformation. I truly love this work and see its vital importance, especially in our times, as feminine leadership rooted in empowerment and heartfulness becomes more and more essential.

It’s always struck me as powerful that Tantra is one of the few spiritual paths historically taught by women. And within the Tantric tradition, it is Shakti—the feminine principle—that leads the way.

The body, as Tantra teaches, is a sacred gateway to the soul. When we connect  with our true Selves in the body, we begin to free ourselves from the expectations and limitation of a consumerist, judgmental  disempowering  society.

To guide others through this transformational process is one of the greatest honours of my life
